Registration

Tumble–Bee runs for a full school year, and is split into 2 semesters Fall and Spring. The Fall semester begins in September through mid-January. The Spring semester begins February through mid-June. *Fall tuition is due by September 1st and *Spring tuition is due by January 1st. There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $35 per child, which is due at the time of your initial registration. You may join at any time upon availability and tuition will be prorated (if you have missed the first two classes ) based on the date of enrollment.

 
TUITION SPECIAL  every May and June for presently enrolled students and their siblings. If you register in full for the following Fall Semester by June 30th, we will waive the annual non-refundable registration fee. Take advantage of this special each year and you will never have to pay the registration fee again!

Due to the uncertain times, we are splitting the tuition into two payments for this school year.

First tuition payment due plus non-refundable registration fee on or before Sept. 8th for the fall semester.  Balance due Nov. 1st*

First tuition plus the registration fee ( for New students) due on or before Jan. 1st  for the spring semester. Balance due April 1st*

The policies, schedule, and classes have been modified due to COVID-19 

Doing my part to keep Tumble-Bee Gymnastics and my favorite gymnast(s) safe

I want to do my part to help Tumble-Bee Gymnastics keep my child(ren), classmates, staff, other families, and everyone else at the gym as safe as possible under the Covid-19 pandemic. I have read, understood, acknowledge, and agree to follow the following policies and procedures.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.

I further acknowledge that Tumble-Bee Gymnastics has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I further acknowledge that Tumble-Bee Gymnastics cannot guarantee that my child or myself will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19.

I voluntarily permit my child to participate in class at Tumble-Bee Gymnastics and acknowledge that we must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending class.

I understand and agree that:

I will drop my child off and pick him/her up at the designated entrance/exit to the gym.

Only one parent or non-participating individual will be allowed to enter the building at the main entrance.

I am required to wear a mask when entering Tumble-Bee Gymnastics.

I am aware that my child must wear a mask when entering the facility but is not required to do so once they enter the gym.

There will be no hands-on spotting unless it is for safety reasons.

I will support the social distancing standard of 6′ to 10′ while at the gym.

Class end times have been shortened to ensure time for the children to get in and out of the gym safely, to provide time to wipe down the equipment between each class and for teachers to thoroughly wash their hands.

My child will have regular opportunities to use hand sanitizing stations available in all areas of the facility.

My child will use the restroom and wash his/her hands thoroughly before leaving the home and while at the gym as needed.

My child will bring his/her clearly marked bag to the gym each day with all recommended items included (mask, water bottle, hand sanitizer, gloves, Kleenex).

I will have my child wash hands and feet thoroughly upon arriving back at home and his/her bag will be cleaned upon arriving home and again before he/she brings it back to the gym.

I agree to keep my child home if he/she or anyone in my family is coughing, has a fever, or other Covid-19 symptoms.

I understand and agree that these procedures will change and evolve over time and that I will follow any new standards required by the state of New York and/ or Tumble-Bee Gymnastics.

I understand that the staff and everyone at the gym will make a strong effort to maintain social distancing but that there will be times when incidental contact and less than recommended physical distancing will occur. I am aware and agree that spotting is an essential part of training my child in order to keep him/her safe and to prevent injury. I will allow my child to be spotted when necessary. I accept the risks set forth herein

Summer 2020 July 7th-August 29th ( classes are pro rated due to different start dates)

                                       $170 Toddler Gym , Romp N Roll  Classes begin July 21st

YA/Team $320 Classes begin July 7th

Tumble Bee Kids Club  1/2 day $40 per session ( see schedule)  begins July 14th

 

 Payment Plans

Payment plans are available upon request. There is a $10 fee added to each payment and there will be a $30.00 fee for late payments, declined charges, or returned checks. You must fill out a payment agreement with a credit card on file. We will automatically charge your card if your payment is not received by the due date. You are responsible for the full tuition whether you continue or not. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. No refunds or credits for missed classes. You are responsible to schedule your make-ups which cannot be carried over to another semester.

 

Discounts

10% discount off the tuition for a sibling of an enrolled student, 20% discount off the third sibling enrolled 20% discount off tuition for a student registered for more than one class. No registration fee charged for a third or fourth registered sibling.

Return Check Fee $ 30.00

Refunds

Fall 2020-Spring 2021

Offered to students who notify us in writing by September 21st for the Fall 2019 semester(new students only minus $35 fee and first-class ). February 8th for the Spring 2021 semester (new students only minus $35 fee and first-class ) There are no refunds or credits for missed classes, prorated classes, trial classes, payment plans, registration specials, or returning students. Please understand that you are responsible for the entire semester. There are no credits or refunds if you choose not to continue.

 

Summer 2020 due to covid-19 there are no make ups or refunds.  

Offered to students who notify us by July 5th  minus $20 registration fee and first class. There are no refunds or credits for missed or prorated classes. Please understand that you are responsible for the entire semester once classes begin. There are no credits or refunds if you choose not to continue.
